Disgusted with this company! Paid to stay for 4 nights, including a 400 euro deposit. Only stayed 3 nights as my wife was unwell due to her cancerous condition. They then deducted 150 Euros from our deposit for cleaning! We cleaned the apartment when we arrived due to there being a smelly dirty sheet in the en suite bathroom. We put it back when we left.

They also said we left the oven dirty. We ate out each evening, except the first evening where we got a pizza takeaway. Also sent pictures of water marks (limescale) in the toilet!! Also sent pictures of fluff under the sofa. We were only there 3 nights!!

This was the 5th time we had booked with them. The first time ever we have money deducted for cleaning. Never booking with them again, mainly as my wife has been diagnosed with terminal cancer now. They know all this but still insist on stopping this cleaning fee and still haven't returned any of our deposit after 6 weeks!!
