The warehouse features a sturdy steel structure with an insulated steel-deck roof and an impressive clear height of 9.5 meters. The poly concrete floor is designed to carry a maximum load capacity of 4.5 tons per square meter. With as many as 8 sectional gates and 3 loading and unloading docks, logistics are efficient and smooth. A high-voltage cabin is also in place, and a renovation is scheduled for 2024.

The offices were designed with comfort and functionality in mind. With false suspended ceilings, tile flooring, energy-efficient LED lighting and an efficient air ventilation system, they provide a pleasant working environment. Gas heating provides cozy warmth, while double-glazed windows provide insulation and soundproofing. Theoffices are fully furnished and equipped with a kitchenette, meeting room and sanitary facilities. A renovation took place in 2021.

General fire alarms have been installed for the safety of the building and attendees. Parking spaces and bicycle storage are available for both employees and visitors. The public facade of the building makes it a recognizable and inviting part of the environment.
