We offer a trendy student room on the 5th floor, near the center and station of Leuven, in the modern student residence WOODS, located at the recently constructed Belle-Vue park.

The spacious student room (18 m ²) is fully and quality furnished: fold-out double bed, wardrobe, desk with bookshelf. Equipped with WIFI and refrigerator. Private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Splendid view of the historic center of Leuven.

On each floor there are 2 equipped kitchens available with large table and matching terrace with beautiful views of the park. On the ground floor you will find a common relaxation area with a cozy lounge, kicker table and TV.

Bicycles can be stored in the secured and covered bicycle shed. There is also a laundry room.
