      • + Overall a very positive experience! If I could , I would select all of the above aspects! Professional, empathetic, flexible, proactive responsible, friendly... These are the first adjectives that come to mind when I look back at my property selling experience with Living Stone! I have spent a great deal of time abroad recently and the folks in Living Stone took care of everything, from the first to the last day! I feel very fortunate I picked them and wholeheartedly recommend them! Michele

      • - As I see here is full with fake comments. So you need some real ones: Livingstone is not a recommended company. In my case they were representative of a lessor and I was the tenant. They are totally money oriented, they do not care anything except to take as much money as possible, even when their actions are illegal. The worst I saw is not following the contract multiple times. Also all clerks are incompetent, but Karla Rentmeester-Technisch beheer is the worst from all - Once we received an amazingly rude email from her out of the blue, but If Livingstone care, I can provide the emails to see how their clerks treat their customers. I liked Tiffany, she worked for a while, but she saw the reality and left after a month. In two words, DON’t use this company, as I would never do again.

      • - They are not professionals! After sending a few emails expressing my interest for an apartment I had to call them because nobody was replying to my emails. I asked them during the call who is going to be my contact person and they said you won't have one, in case you need something just call the office. I had a meeting at 15.15 and I was there on time, I saw some people outside waiting so I imagined there was probably a delay in the que. When I spoke to some of them they told me that they had a scheduled meeting half an hour before me and noone showed up. We kept calling at the office for an hour to let them know and nobody was answering the phone after an hour of calling someone from the office called back one of the guys, who appeared to be his case manager (they told I won't have one during the call to arrange the viewing) and he told him that his colleague has already rent the apartment so we should leave and we will get informed by message or email during the day. I had to leave my job to go and see the apartment and I spend one hour there doing nothing but waiting outside. I have never received the update to state that the apartment was rented after the the call. I should have received the update before the viewing time, totally unprofessionals. People are in need for apartments and you just palying with them, you do not care at all.

      • - Horrible experience with Mrs. Farah Ghoucha. I have already been in contact with many real estate agents but never had such an experience. No professionalism, no kindness, no RESPECT. I am clearly told to be quiet on the phone when I call to express my interest in a property put up for sale by this agency, by this lady... I end up losing patience by reminding the lady that it is she who is selling a property. well and that the least I could have done was to listen to the buyer's requests and I hung up (while thanking her and wishing her a nice evening) thus putting an end to this monologue. The lady texts me… yes yes, to point out my “lack of respect”? I'm stunned, I call her back but no one answers... it's easier by text. Never seen that. I am still shocked by this lack of respect and professionalism above all. I pity potential sellers who put their property up for sale via this type of agency, or person. Run away!! Small update on the situation: I was called today for around twenty minutes by the real estate agency in question, threatening me to withdraw my opinion otherwise a complaint would be filed against me since the lady knows people.. there you go . I still can't believe it, really.

      • - During pre-sales: they are great. Whenever you need them they are there. The problem appears after you sign something. They disappear We had quite some issues (keys missing, info missing, etc), but whenever we sent them a mail, they never reply.. we even had to involve our notary to “force” a reply in some instances

      • - We had a very Bad expérience with a visit in Leuven. Originallly planned at 6.30, you moved it AT 5.30. We accepted. The agent called me AT 5.10 to confirm (!) I said I was on my way and will bé there, I was at Landen station. I reached Leuven station at about 5.28. I kept messaging Him, saying where I was. I was in front of thé house AT 5.35... Noone was there, I messaged, I called many Times, no answer. WE decided to ring and thé current tenant, she said "hé was there but hé left"... I came from Hasselt just to have that visit and hé was not there. I had to reschedule my work and triéd to bé on time, and you Did not have enough respect to show up. The agent ended picking up my call and just said "I'm in another tour elsewhere, I'm gonna Ask thé tenant to let you in for thé visit" 😮😮 BASICALLY, HE WAS NEVER THERE. No excuse from that time, rien, nothing, nada. Today, they called me to cancel another visit planned for tomorrow, with no reason. Fuyez, ils se prennent pour qui franchement.
