New offices to let in Wavre

New phase of buildings under construction in the Parc des Collines in Wavre (Wavre-Nord industrial zone - Exit 5 on the E411). They are intended to be sustainable and in harmony between man, his work and nature. The buildings (Acacia, Baobab and Cedar) will be on a human scale (surfaces of +/- 1,000 m²) built on 4 levels (ground floor + 3). They each have a terrace and a semi-underground parking level, but also "relaxation" areas, "food corner", a rooftop, and showers and changing rooms. In addition to noble materials and innovative techniques, the emphasis is on mobility, with access by bicycle, car (1 space/30 m²) and public transport. Delivery in September 2025.
