I started a bit on the wrong foot due to Filippe's failure and had to switch everything quite quickly, things went a bit smoothly. But in the end everything went very well and we were able to appreciate the qualities of Alain Van der Aa very well and he sold our house very well.

There was a house for rent, we immediately created our rental profile online. I called immediately the next day and the broker sent me an email, I had to keep an eye on my email. After the weekend we still hadn't heard anything from the real estate agent, so we called the office again and had to be patient until the end of the week. Then we hear that there are many requests and we are not allowed to take a look. We want to sell our own home, but will no longer work with this office. Very bad communication!!
