One of the worst real estate management firms I have had the displesure of speaking with. Very disorganized operations and take 2 weeks to get back to you. It seems that they do not have their clients in mind when they do not call back potential tenants. Everytime I call they say its someone elses responsibility and that the responsible person will call you back (surprise: they will never call you back). Would not recomend renters to contact this agent and if I was a landlord, I would not recommend them managing them either, they clearly do not want to rent their properties.
