More than a year ago, my son, without experience and in a hurry to buy, trusted Structura to buy his house through your agency, at a price of more than 300,000 euros excluding fees, a supposedly impeccable house. Shortly after it was revealed: defective taps in the bathroom and in the kitchen, cooking hob broken when the owner moved, mosquito net torn in the kitchen towards the courtyard, problem with the attachments of several radiators to be replaced, problem with the Vaillant gas boiler, electricity to be brought up to standard (diagram missing).
Additionally, NOT REPORTED upon sale. After a visit by an expert on March 15, 2024 following damage: 2 undone flashings on the roof resulting in interior wall infiltration + carbonation "concrete cancer" at the level of one of the rooms (therefore to be repaired), two supports of windows to be replaced (collapse), courtyard walls soaked in humidity and missing joints where the walls and floor of the courtyard join, cracks in the front facade and missing brick above the window..

Absolutely unacceptable! Giving even one star feels like a generosity they don't deserve.
My recent experience with them regarding a parking space has been nothing short of a nightmare.
What they advertised + what they presented during my visit is totally different than on the papers.
We found out ourselves after verifying the papers which we received only after lot of follow-up.
Their service is not just poor, it's abysmal and utterly pathetic.
The fact that your company failed to uphold transparency and provide accurate information is unacceptable.
They've played tricks and wasted our time, leaving us thoroughly dissatisfied and disgusted with their incompetence.
Do not misconstrue my feedback as solely about an offer rejection. The issue lies in the entire process, characterized by deceit, lack of transparency, and poor service.
Downplaying these concerns is insulting.

I recently visited an apartment in Merchtem through this real estate agency, but the person who guided me didn't even bother to show me around. Instead, I was simply handed a paper without any explanation. I really think this is a sign of incompetence. It's disappointing that they didn't bother to properly inform me or take the time to show me the apartment.

My daughter and son-in-law made an appointment to view the apartment via the website. The date was 07/17/2023 between 3 and 4 p.m. Unfortunately, they didn't even get the chance to visit it. When we make visits by appointment, when there are several visits in the same week, we do not leave the announcement as is, we put it as an option or something else, we block the calendar. They didn't even have the chance to visit, the discriminatory way of doing it! Disappointed, at the same time I'm not surprised by STRUCTURA!
