With great care, passion, authenticity and professional knowledge, Tinne Schotsmans is a dream real estate agent with a warm heart. She means much more than an average real estate agent. You can completely rely on her when selling your home. I am very grateful to her for everything she has done.

Many thanks to Quares and especially to Daan for the help with the sale of my home. The very clear communication, punctuality in appointments, professional guidance during the tours meant that a big burden was lifted from my shoulders. Recommended!

Very satisfied with the collaboration with the Quares office in Sint-niklaas, and in particular Tom Duerinckx. Very professional, very friendly, our house was sold within 3 months. I recommend Quares to everyone.

Inadequate communication, while this is the basis of a real estate agency. Do not keep appointments and do not let anyone know (or very last minute) that things have changed with regard to the original planning.
This is not a pleasant collaboration.

Wanted to view a house in Breendonk yesterday. I made an online appointment at 7:30 am.
We arrive there and there is a line of 7 visitors waiting. People who had been waiting since 5 p.m.
We had waited fifteen minutes longer and that was enough for us. We didn't feel like standing there until 8pm.
The real estate agency did not inform us at the door, and we did not receive any notification/text message that it had been delayed.
Maybe they should just leave the door open and let everyone watch at once so that the line doesn't get bigger.
I think fifteen minutes per visitor is a bit too little. Maybe plan better in the future.
People also just brought offers on paper to the door, and that seems very disgusting and unfair. Maybe give everyone a fair chance and see who responds to the property first. It seemed like a 'publicity stunt' because of the low price. The website also did not say that it was a visit&buy.
By the way, I never received a response to my emails.
