Insurance office with inefficient staff - even incompetent in the event of a disaster. ~ 15 years that we have taken out all of our private and professional insurance. At their home. No disaster has been reported during these many years.
Here - a disaster pro. - their response: a brief and unfounded negative response. Stunned by their reaction... I contacted them again... no response... Very disappointed with their reaction. Pay and don't have any claims! To flee!

Always well received, even in exceptional emergency cases, they are there to listen to you and find a solution as quickly as possible. Good follow-up in emails, VERY quick responses. 👍 The family and I have been here for years. And we are always happy with the services in different areas. I recommend.

I contacted the company on December 1 to take out long-term savings. I was told that an advisor would contact me again. Having received no news, I contacted the company again on December 14. I have been informed that an advisor will contact me urgently. Always nothing. In view of the other negative reviews that I can read here, this company is accustomed to leaving customers in the dark.
I therefore share my bad experience and do not recommend this company.
