Avoid at all costs! They are thiefs. We got a studio in 2019 and the first day we entered it was messy and dirty. When we left, we cleaned the studio for hours, we didn't leave anything dirty, yet they found the excuse to charge us for the fridge and toilets as being not cleaned well, that was 45 euro's. Also you pay 2000 euro's upfront for all kind of things (bills, internet etc) but since we took a studio, we never used the shared kitchen etc. Yet from the 2000 euro's 1200euro's were for the shared stuff, and anything private was under the 700 euro's, at the end we didn't get back any money, and had to pay 80euro's extra, and ofcourse the 45 I mentioned earlier. Also, they're not an honest company, they removed their review page on google for the residence we were in... I guess they had too many bad reviews.

My girlfriend messaged them about wanting a room in one of the residences for her studies in Leuven on the day the applications for it opened.
After more than a month of no response from them, we tried calling them several times, but to no avail. Eventually, somebody finally picked up, so I could ask them for an update on the application process, and I was told it would be done within a week.
After two weeks of no change, I called again at several instances, until an admittedly friendly employee explained that they had no idea what went wrong and that the person responsible for the applications was out of office currently. By the end of that week, they at least managed to send an application form to my girlfriend, which she filled out and sent back within the same day.
After several weeks of more waiting, they responded with a very intangible email stating that no suitable room for my girlfriend existed, but with no explanation for why everything took so long and what their criteria even are.

After one year of stay in Wilgimmo residence, it has been a disappointing experience for me. They are not responsive, and irresponsible. The cleaning and maintenance provided rarely.
Most importantly, the main problem with them was about communal expenses (water,gas,electricity). At the end of the year I expected low expenses, but it turned out that I had to pay additional 1200 Euros, although the communal expense was included in the fixed cost. Later I have explored the costs of electricity and water on the official sites of providers, and when I compared the bills there was a big difference. Also I have to mention that hot air isolation of the room is poor.
