      • - More than a year ago, my son, without experience and in a hurry to buy, trusted Structura to buy his house through your agency, at a price of more than 300,000 euros excluding fees, a supposedly impeccable house. Shortly after it was revealed: defective taps in the bathroom and in the kitchen, cooking hob broken when the owner moved, mosquito net torn in the kitchen towards the courtyard, problem with the attachments of several radiators to be replaced, problem with the Vaillant gas boiler, electricity to be brought up to standard (diagram missing). Additionally, NOT REPORTED upon sale. After a visit by an expert on March 15, 2024 following damage: 2 undone flashings on the roof resulting in interior wall infiltration + carbonation "concrete cancer" at the level of one of the rooms (therefore to be repaired), two supports of windows to be replaced (collapse), courtyard walls soaked in humidity and missing joints where the walls and floor of the courtyard join, cracks in the front facade and missing brick above the window.. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND STRUCTURA
