      • - Several months ago, through the company France Menuisiers (installer), I ordered a mixed entrance door from MINCO. It was a real disaster!! The exterior horizontal and vertical crosspieces were poorly assembled and disjointed, the exterior metal frame had an impact. I therefore requested the travel of a person to dismantle and reassemble these sleepers and find a solution for the impact. Initially, a MINCO sales representative came and recognized the faulty workmanship. He asked one of his technicians to come and correct the fault. Without effect ! A second time the sales representative came, accompanied by the central west and north sales manager, a perfectly odious and rude guy who did not listen to me and affirmed the conformity of the product with regard to his tolerance standards (without any remains to specify which ones!). He sent the company that opened the door to me a terse email saying that the file was closed for him. This way of proceeding, which clearly demonstrates that this company has nothing to do with its customers, is simply scandalous. O.GENTILLEAU

      • + Our joinery is very beautiful, the mix of exterior aluminum and interior wood gives a very high quality look to our frames. Roller shutters work perfectly. Thank you for the salesman, Mr. Ekern who followed our file. I recommend without worries. Be careful not to confuse the supplier and the installer....

      • - A catastrophe, here is a word that sums it all up. Both for the installation which remains poorly done today with an arched bay, as for the adjustment of the windows which I had to do partly myself, as for the finishing (well, the absence of finishing) as for the aging of the seals which have already died barely 2 years later, as well as for the shutters which are not rigid enough and finally and ESPECIALLY for the low-end glazing which lets absolutely ALL external noises pass through, I have the impression of not have windows. Really disappointed.

      • - A hassle without a name! A foolproof bad time! I spent €20,000 on my joinery to have quality, I had a cold shower! After a year of waiting, the after-sales service came and indeed poor workmanship on the two French windows of the rooms. They only gave me adjustments for the other 5 which closed poorly. I warned them that the kitchen door was forcing too much and that the system would wear out prematurely, they didn't take this into account, and now the handle remains in my hand. Same for the front door which I try to screw back, nothing happens and it's normal that it requires a lot of force to be able to close the door. And today they are taking refuge behind the two-year hardware warranty, except that they have known about it for a year and what's more, the two years are in December! The worst thing is the front door which has a white veil on the oak veneer and on very specific areas. They don't want to know anything, it's apparently the humidity in my house! A very very bad experience with minco which I have not recommended to anyone and which I recommend to no one I am starting proceedings against them soon. I'm giving it one star because Google doesn't allow you to give it 0. Update from Saturday January 13, 2024: the door has been changed and the door handle too. And there it is much better. Thanks to my installer who worked in my direction. It took a negative review on Google for this to change.

      • - Good quality mixed berries in the show room, but only in appearance! 5 months after installation, we discovered a crack in the interior bay window. The after-sales service came to tell us that it was due to thermal shock (it was in October, what will happen for the rest of the year! 😬). And that this was not covered by the guarantee because St-Gobain does not guarantee. We had opted for this quality, described as rather high-end and to have peace of mind for several years, but this is not the case. What doesn't reassure us is that we have 3 other bay windows, if after-sales service is lacking even though they are almost new, what will happen in a few years? In summary, salespeople who praise us for good quality and deplorable after-sales service which does not follow through.
