P.s. response to the owner: apparently most negative reviews always get the same response, such as 'I don't know you'. It's a shame that customer feedback is treated this way....

Very unprofessional, we had an appointment today at 6:00 PM and we found no one there. We call 3 times to know if our appointment is still set. The gentleman arrives 10 minutes late and 'welcomes' us with: 'Are you guys calling me all the time, if I don't pick up I'm on the phone?' my friend who was currently waiting in the car and I went to pick him up took a little too long for the gentleman. long, where I got the comment: 'he certainly doesn't feel like getting out' in a sarcastic rude way. He showed us the apartment without a word of explanation, if we have any questions just ask, it went as follows. A real estate agent should welcome you with a smile, we are looking for an apartment to take a new step in our lives and this started with such an experience. I strongly recommend this real estate agency!
Where we come from, first of all, you arrive on time. If that is not the case, which can certainly happen, you should immediately call the person who is supposed to receive you. It was immediately clear that this meant we were not important enough, as the other call couldn't wait to let us know. Having said this, you start by saying good evening and apologizing for being late.
The result is that we would not have been judged fairly in any case if we had made our candidacy known, as there was not enough decency to receive us properly, even though we were on time.

Bad service and the gentleman I spoke to online was unprofessional
I call for the first time for a house visit he tells me it's by email, ok no worries I send the email but after 4 days no response so I decide to call back and then he tells me it's by email I tell him yes sir I have already sent the email but I have no response to my email can you help me and then he tells me ma'am we are not going to discuss and he hangs up on me 👃
Is it normal ? When customers call you, you need a minimum of respect and professionalism
So I do not recommend this agency.
