      • + Real estate agency well established in the Montoise region. Dynamic, available and friendly team. Professional approach (photo montage with 360 degree angle on their site). Their commission (4% - minimum €8,500) is calculated on the purchase price, payable by the buyer.

      • - Hello, really a waste of time and disappointment. I am submitting an application for a rental property. No answer. Another rental property, so I'm applying again. The agency sent me an email to resubmit an application. I called to explain that a file had already been submitted. I am on disability and I still depend on my employer. I am told that I am still bound by my employer and therefore this is not possible. I have a very good salary. No problem with bad payment. Honestly, I felt like it was a joke. Finally, I don't know on what criteria the agency chooses its tenants.
