Anyone who wants to see the common parts of their co-ownership in this way in 2024 should choose this syndic.
Co-owner since 2009 in Residence Placide.
Over the years I saw the policy deteriorate.
To have more access and participation, I became an active member of the RVME at the end of 2021.
During 2022 I opened the eyes of many co-owners and 18.88% voted against the syndic at the general meeting.
The dolls started dancing, I received threats and I had to intervene through my legal expenses insurance to solve a moisture problem that had lasted for years.
In August 2023, a special general meeting was convened to address my moisture problem, otherwise the syndic and the RVME would be summoned by me.
It is admirable that this company still exists, groaning under negative reviews and responding to emails and reviews via lies.
For slowness, amateurism and the worst service in the syndicus world, I give this company 5 stars.

This syndic does not manage anything!
We have been victims of 2 major disasters (including a fire) and are still waiting for the building insurance to intervene, despite our quarterly payments of €500!!
It is a shame!!
We have been in transaction for over a year!! No action on your part to ensure that we are reimbursed through the building's insurance. File still not solved, incomprehensible!!!

Very negative experience with the syndic Mar'Immo: settlements that are incorrect; withdrawals of funds that are not in accordance with what has been decided in the AV; number of private quotas that are simply changed; reports of general meetings that are not sent on time; private costs charged to VME; little to no response from syndic.
Rose from the rental team, on the other hand, is great!
Hopefully this review will not be deleted again.

Bandits, liars, fraudsters, cheaters, etc. avoid this syndic at all costs..., as seen in all other reviews online and social media, they are known for their shady practices and laxity in everything.

Deposit for holiday rentals will only be refunded after 1 month. The first day we arrived we asked for compensation for the parking costs (because parking for the apartment was not available due to an error by the real estate office) but this question was simply ignored. Not repeatable a second time. There are better real estate agencies for holiday rentals!
