    Als immobiliënkantoor zijn wij al meer dan 40 jaar actief in het Waasland

    Gedurende deze periode hebben wij ons gespecialiseerd in de verhuur en verkoop van vastgoed. Naast deze diensten zijn wij ook zeer actief in het rentmeesterschap en hebben we een zeer uitgebreid gamma aan verzekeringen. Met deze diensten bieden wij een totaalpakket aan onze klanten en stellen wij onze kennis graag ter beschikking.

    Ook maken wij bij de verhuur zelf de plaatsbeschrijvingen op bij in- en uittrede, zo kan het gehele verhuurdossier afgehandeld worden via ons kantoor zonder tussenkomst van een extra derde.

    Onze 4 medewerkers (Hylebos Luc, Verstraeten Pieter, Foubert Tom & Heyninck Vanessa) begeleiden U graag doorheen het hele verhuur/huur & verkoop/koop proces.

      • - Very disappointed in this real estate agency. For me the worst office in all of Waasland in terms of service. Very customer unfriendly. For example, I was going to view a house today and requested special leave for this. Only to hear a few hours before my appointment that the house has already been rented. Called Hylebos about this and the man on the phone's response was anything but empathetic. For example, I said that I did not think it was okay to be "informed" at the last minute that the address had suddenly been rented. He responded that I could complain to their office (?!) while I communicated about this very politely. I made it clear that this is not pleasant because I had requested special leave for this. Whereupon he said in a very mocking manner “it's good weather”. When I indicated that I found this very unfortunate. He just hung up the phone. Instead of showing empathy and apologizing for this inconvenience? No, they create additional discomfort.
