They are not transparent and honest. For example, they say that they had verbal or telephone contact with potential buyers, which is not correct. They said that they would request the necessary information, such as EPC certificate. That didn't happen either. They were supposed to request the rental contract: but they said they didn't get it. I went to the manager myself and immediately received the rental contract.

Can only be very positive about this broker. Very correct, very communicative, very quick on the ball, very smooth handling. In other words: really recommended. And also very friendly and pleasant brokers. Wim and Isabelle are great!
