Only had one viewing and still emailed several times to express interest in the other properties.
I myself worked as a real estate agent for several years, so I know how it works. Our migration background clearly plays a role in this.
I am told that the owner of the apartment in the Burgschelde is still waiting, for an 'older audience', but I sent my first email about this on February 6 (!). And is it supposedly immediately available?
In addition, also for other properties owned by a colleague, but was never contacted.

Unprofessional. Scolded on the phone while I ONLY requested information for my elderly mother. Afterwards I asked another syndic where I was helped professionally! Obviously the agency is now displeased because they are taking next to the sale of the apartment. By the way, I am NOT a co-owner, and I have very good contact with other co-residents.

We were unexpectedly introduced to Immo D'Hondt through Marlies.
We received a calculated proposal from Marlies with reference prices of properties in the area, work was done on it, a colleague even made a simulation of a renovated facade.
We can describe the further course of events as professional, correct, dynamic, without being pushy.
The property was sold in 3 weeks at the right price.
We would like to thank Marlies in particular for her efforts, good luck!
