      • - First they withheld the fact that the property we were interested in was on the list of uninhabitable properties. After our notary let us know the day before we had to sign the compromise, they still asked us to go there and they minimized the problem: "the only thing left to do to have that deleted is to install the kitchen, sorry We should have said that, but it doesn't mean anything because you were going to install a kitchen anyway...". Despite my distrust, we gave them another chance and signed a compromise stating that we had time until the notarial deed to check the correctness of all documents. After repeated requests, we did not receive a sewer inspection from the seller and of course we would not sign a notarial deed until we had ALL the documents. Brigitte (the real estate agent) called to put pressure on us when we asked if we could take measurements of the house (to install the famous kitchen to make it a habitable property) and said "we could only take measurements when we would set a date for the notarial deed." After insistence by our notary, it turned out that forgery had been committed as there was neither a sewer inspection, nor a septic tank, nor a separation for sewer and rainwater. If this has been stated in notarial documents (basic deed) by the seller and confirmed by the real estate agent. We don't know whether she was in cahoots with the seller, or whether she is just very bad and superficial at her job, in any case the worst experience ever with a real estate agent (and seller). A lawsuit was filed in which we were proven right and we never received an apology from this "real estate agent". This happened last year, we waited until the verdict to post the review, matter of correctness.

      • + After a serious disappointment with another real estate agent, I fell on a Hartemberg property. Called and 2 hours later we were allowed to visit the building and fell in love. All communication runs very smoothly and we have also sold through them. It only took 1 visit and we had a buyer. Our buyer put them to the test. We admire their patience and their approach. Definitely recommend working with them.
