This review takes place 3 years after the start of contacts for a 110 project. After 3 years nothing has started, they almost never responded to emails or messages (I had to use another telephone number to have contact with them, because at they didn't answer). We are talking about 3 years, not about a project that began in the "closing" phase of 110. They made unfulfilled promises, but the most annoying thing is that they never openly denied the possibility of using the bonus, but now, after 3 years, we all know that it won't happen.

Very bad experience. I've been trying to figure out the point of renovating my condominium for 3 years now. I asked by phone and by email but always without answers. We had continued with the requests in 2020 and they made us lose all the benefits. In the meantime, half the province of Bergamo has been renovated.
