Scammer, he's just trying to scam people. He made me sign a paper because I like the house, but I said I would also look at other houses. He said if I wanted to cancel later, he would just tear the paper, as he had promised me. During my 2nd visit to the house I heard from my renovator that the house had a lot of renovation costs so I just wanted to cancel it. He told me that is not possible, otherwise I will have to pay 10% of the house as a fine or I would have to go behind 4 banks that cannot give me a loan. Truly a scammer, untrustworthy and liar.
