      • - I am very disappointed with this real estate agency. Once I rented an apartment with them, there was no follow-up from them. Whenever there was a problem in the apartment, they would take weeks or even months to respond to my requests. I should have taken into account the other negative comments I had read, it would have saved me a lot of hassle and wasted money. I do not recommend this agency to anyone looking for professional and reliable service.

      • - At first it was all very easy, until they have the contract signed, then it was a real nightmare. Very difficult communication and no maintenance at all was ever done in the apartment, even paying for it. I had to do everything myself and pay for it from my own money. At the end of the contract, I was left without the insurance amount deposited in the bank. Really terrible! Stay away if you don't want problems. I'll definitely never work with this agency again.

      • - They were very quick in arranging viewing which I appreciate. However after confirming I have followed up but to clear answer. Even a week later I just get to hear that owner has not yet decided.
