    In oktober 2017 werd Copandi opgericht. Dit gebeurde vanuit het geloof dat de rol van vastgoedmakelaar moet veranderen. De oprichters geloven in goede én betaalbare dienstverlening - en brengen hiermee vernieuwing in de sector.

      • + Faster than lightning! Wow !! What a super fast real estate agent he is! Sales bundle ready and posters hung on Friday, phone call from a prospective buyer on Saturday, viewing and deal closed on Sunday, the compromise signed on Monday. At Copandi they work faster than lightning! All praise for Nina and her team who, even on Sunday, were immediately ready to supervise a quick viewing. As far as I am concerned, a real estate agent who more than deserves the 5 stars *****.

      • + Very satisfied with Copandi. We have both bought and sold a house from them. This all went very smoothly and clearly thanks to Nina Belmans. Good communication, we were able to answer all questions. The presentation of our house for the sale was also in order, beautiful photos, beautiful video and a clear description of the house. We definitely recommend copandi!

      • + Nina is a very energetic woman who is contagious in real estate! She is so passionate about her sales, great! If I sell again I would take her back. She will do everything she can to make you feel comfortable and good as a seller. One small point I would say is to give a more targeted target price when selling. Thank you Nina for your sales support, you are a great lady!

      • - Real estate agent full of lies, did not even submit our first offer to the seller, which is legally required and has raised the price for his own interests.

      • - Very bad experience! Broker is only after the commission, is too lazy to adjust the compromise even though my name was misspelled, etc. Now that we are a month from the deed, there appears to be a building violation on the property. I will NEVER buy from copandi again!
