Very disappointed - to say the least - by this real estate agency which practices unacceptable and certainly illegal discrimination. I contacted Cogimmo as soon as an advert appeared that really interested me. When I say "as soon as it's published", it's really just a few hours after it was posted online. So I was one of the very first candidates to come forward to visit this duplex. I hastened to send all the required documents, namely a copy of my identity card on both sides, my last three months of income and my last three rents paid - everything being perfectly in order. But as soon as I mentioned that my main income came from the CPAS, my file suddenly found itself at the bottom of the pile. Strangely, there was suddenly a crowd of other prospective tenants before me, and the viewings of the accommodation were immediately closed. So I couldn't even visit it. My advice: flee this agency, it is not serious at all! For my part, I am definitely crossing it off my list, and I will look elsewhere for my next research.

In response to the manager: For an owner to be able to accept or not a file, it would perhaps be useful for them to be aware that said file exists, so that you send it to them. And if you really sent my file to this owner - a solid, complete and flawless file - and this owner immediately refused it before even seeing me, that's even more serious. This means that you work for people who automatically reject the files of correct and solvent candidates because they have less acceptable unofficial criteria in mind... In absolute terms, the immense stupidity of most owners consists of favor candidates with the largest bank account, which makes no sense since it is obviously not because a candidate is wealthy that he will pay his rent: he can very well earn a lot of money every month and be a very bad payer. Conversely, I have the example of my family who, throughout their life, rented the three floors of a rental building to people at the CPAS without having to deplore the slightest delay in the payment of rent. . So I have the impression that many owners' rejection criteria are based on complete emptiness, and that these people only understand how wrong they are when it is too late.

Quite honestly, this is the WORST real estate agency I have ever been around. One comment would not be enough to describe all the failings and to what extent they are dishonest... Several problems in the rental apartment: radio silence for several months from the real estate agent and the owner (despite all the reminders by telephone, SMS, emails......), who supposedly works in this same agency! And who also left a little 5 stars below in the reviews... Hum.

Does not forward our applications to owners. And when we ask to recover our file, the so-called cleaning lady throws it in the trash! My eye yeah!!

It's a lie ! Your real estate agent called me herself to tell me she had not forwarded my file!!! Really unprofessional. And I would like to recover my file. You have no right to keep my personal files!
