I strongly advise against doing business with this contractor. As a potential customer, please read this, it can save you money and a lot of misery.
Numerous construction errors have occurred, causing several homes to experience serious moisture damage. The contractor refuses to provide a solution and to respect the 10-year warranty period.
In addition, he had the gas system installed incorrectly, which caused a gas leak for 3 years and almost cost my life. I had to repair it at my own expense and the contractor refused to refund it. See report in the attachment.
The architect's report also showed that the house was not built according to the necessary procedures. For example, insulation panels have been exposed to rain for a long time and then simply placed in the home. The insulation plates were also placed incorrectly and damaged. @Hoedemakers: I am still open to dialogue and I expect you to take responsibility and start to respect the 10-year warranty period. That's all I ask. If not, I will file a lawsuit against you with the entire neighborhood as I am not the only one in this situation.
