      • - Collaboration with 2 people from this office, mainly with a real estate agent in training, in connection with rental property. Overall I have a negative experience. I missed proactivity, quality and I gradually lost confidence in the collaboration. This due to, among other things: - poor quality of photos - providing incomplete information to prospective buyers - do not schedule any visits for 1 week due to leave (I hoped that other employees would step in) and do not notify me of this - if there appears to be little response after a while, do not spontaneously say whether any visits are planned and whether there are potential tenants - putting forward a potential tenant because the real estate agents know them personally Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the speed of response (such as drawing up an EPC certificate, placing an ad, answering questions by email or telephone, ...)
